Mark Hallett is Head of the History of Art Department at the University of York. She has written a number of articles on sculptural practise in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. She completed her PhD on the late eighteenth-century sculptor John Bacon RA in June 2008 and is currently in the process of preparing her thesis for publication.
